Terms of Use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Welcome to SkyClash! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at skyclashgame.com (the "Site") and your relationship with the team behind the SkyClash experience on Roblox ("SkyClash", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site vs. the Game
The Site is an informational page about SkyClash. The actual game is hosted, distributed, and operated entirely on the Roblox platform. Playing SkyClash, creating a Roblox account, in-experience purchases, chat, and anything else that happens inside Roblox are governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use and Roblox's Privacy Policy, not by this page. We do not control and are not responsible for Roblox's platform, policies, or how it handles your account or data.
2. Using the Site
You may browse the Site to learn about SkyClash and to find links to our experience and social channels. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
The SkyClash name, logo, artwork, and other content on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our permission, except as allowed for normal browsing (e.g., sharing a link to the Site).
4. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party platforms such as Roblox, TikTok, and Instagram. We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion, subject to their own terms.
5. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, so please check back occasionally.
